Cancellation Policy
Please Read Before Booking
We reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you, so we ask you to cancel as soon as you are able. This allows our team to assist another family in need. Because we send a team member to your home, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy, which includes appointment cancellation fees. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time, and the card will be charged in FULL for the appointment amount prior to dispatching a team member to your home. All appointments canceled for any reason will incur a booking fee of $150.00, regardless of when the appointment is canceled after your credit card is charged. Appointments canceled within 4 hours or less of the scheduled arrival time will incur the FULL booking fee. We apologize, but at this point, no refunds will be given.
